I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room I stayed in with a fruit plate and cookies was enormous with stunning period furnishings, but it wasn't quite ready upon arrival. The service was exceptional, especially the arrangements for a fantastic day at a glass factory. The location couldn't have been better, just minutes from St Mark's Square. The delicious dining experience with a great breakfast made my mornings delightful. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor hiccups.
